Bound tries to group files based on their metadata and file names. Sometimes this file information is not very clear and files that should be put into the same audiobook get split into multiple audiobooks. Follow the below steps to merge the files back together.

If you do not see your preferred cloud service in Bound, you may still be able to use it. Many cloud services support integration with Apple’s Files app and can be used to import files directly into Bound.
GOOGLE DRIVE NOTE: Starting with version 2024.1 (released in March 2024), Bound no longer supports Google Drive. Google has requested that Bound undergo costly, lengthy, and annual audits in order to continue using the Google Drive API. Unfortunately, Bound does not make the revenue necessary to make this financially work and as a result, built-in Google Drive had to be removed. I will continue to monitor this situation and bring back support for Google Drive as soon as I am able to.
Fortunately, Google Drive continues to work via the Apple Files app integration after installing the Google Drive app. You can download the Google Drive app here and follow the below directions.
Don't want to use a cloud service? Maybe you have a network share where you store your audiobooks. This functionality is built into the Apple Files app and can be done by following the steps below.
If you want to use a different transfer method, there are plenty of apps that can help you accomplish this task. My personal favorite is FileExplorer. However, there are a number of similar apps in the App Store. Please note that any issues with third-party apps should be directed to that app's support.
